The dealer should have taken care of the RV itself, so you're left with the appliances and equipment.
A short list is;
Refer,
Water heater,
Stove/Oven,
Furnace,
Air Conditioner,
Power Converter,
Awning,
Water Pump,
Water Filter,
Electric tongue jack,
Slideout Mechanism,
etc.
In other words, pretty much anything that has power or gas going to it.
Some of those things may not need paperwork as they'll be tied to the RV's date of sale, but I'd check just to be sure.
