I bought a Forest River Surveyor less than 6 months ago and when we had it setup we noticed a water leak and 2 of the TV plugs did not receive any signals. We contacted the dealer and they said they would call back to setup a appointment to get them fixed. Well they never called back and after many attempts to contact them again they refused to communicate with us. So to prevent further damage from the leak I had a mobile repair fix the leak. Then I contacted Forest River and explained the situation and they were nice about and said they would contact the dealer and see if we can get reimbursed for the repair costs and get back to me. Guess what, they did not get back to me and I emailed them with no reply. I do have the leak repaired but the 2 TV plugs still do not get a signal. My question is what can I do to get the warranty work completed. I seem to be at a dead end. Any help is appreciated.
You're supposed to get pre-approval from FR FIRST, not after the repair.
You might get lucky though but they don't have to since there was no pre-approval.
