You're right... it is CP and the picture was taken in Field BC.
He was on the property as a potential investor to hopefully buy a bunch of shares. I have no idea if he/BH bought any.
They did the same thing with Bill Gates in the early 2000's wining and dining him as well in hopes he would buy a ton of shares. He didn't but did buy up a pile of CN which turned out very profitable for him.
