Water Pump Pulses?

Good morning all I have kind a strange question and not sure if I can describe it properly. We have a 3 month old Coachmen Apex Ultra light 215 RBK. We have one issue that drives me crazy (ok may be a little bit picky). When we are hooked up to water, the and you turn on a faucet the water runs smoothly. But when we are using the pump it pulses more so on the hot side than the cold except the toilet. I have owned 4 TT and never noticed to this extent the problem. Any thoughts on what could be wrong or if you have encountered this before what did you do.

Add an RV type accumulator/expansion tank to the system.
