Lets see. Use paper plates and cups and disposable utensils. Use paper towels to wipe everything else somewhat clean. When washing dishes, use a small tub or maybe a bowl used to prepare dinner. Use just enough water to dilute the dish soap. Start with the cleanest stuff first. Use a dish rag to wash those items, but only rinse them after you have a few items. Rinse them into the wash bowl or tub. You've just used the water twice. As you continue, wash the next dirtiest then rinse and so on. Only rinse enough to remove the suds. Your tub/bowl will now be full of sudsy water. Shouldn't be much. Next time you need to flush the toilet, use that sudsy water to rinse. You've now used the same water three times!
