Water , water...not in refrig door????

Can someone give me a clue as where to troubleshoot...NO WATER IN THE DISPENSER of refrigerator door?? 2012 Georgetown Dometic.

I checked outside panel...

Everything else on the refrig seems great.

If there is not a shut off valve for the water dispenser then Id bet that the screen and or on/off orifice is plugged.

On Dads 5th wheel there is a valve in the outside compartment for the ice maker and water supply. There should be a valve there somewhere, just need to find it.

The valve may not be in the outside compartment. It seems to me that his was actually at the point where the line tee'd off the main line near the water pump. It was accessable in the same area. It was a couple of years ago when we where trying to winterize his unit and finally realized that he never had the water turned on to his refrigerator.

Would be on the inlet to coupler where the hose connects to the fridge.

Shut off water pump/or city water and remove hose at back of fridge .
Turn water back on and make sure you have flow .

Did you have water before and suddenly no water or are you trying to get it going for the first time. Should have asked this first. Like Turbo said, check for flow to the back of the fridge.

Bad switch in the water dispenser? That line may be plugged somewhere, may just need a good cleaning

Has to be the solenoid or valve that opens and allows water to flow to the dispenser wether it be electrical or mechanical.

Either plugged or electrically not working.
