Weighing MH on each wheel independently

I was reading on some website that one should weigh each wheel of the MH, as well each axle, and whole vehicle. Since I am new to all this and have never gone to a weigh station, I wanted some input on how necessary it is to do each wheel. The local weigh station said they can accommodate weighing each axle, but not each individual wheel.

Is this ok, or should I look for another weigh station? Thanks.

im not sure where you live but most "semi" scales have rub rails on each side of the scale not allowing you to do each wheel .

now if you live in or around the midwest most grain elevator scales are flat and do not have rub rails allowing you to do one wheel at a time .

I also have a local trucking company next door to where i work and they have there own personal scale to check there axle weights as they leave the yard . you may have a local trucking company with this setup .

You can get enough weights to get individual wheels by weighing front then rear, then left side then right side and doing the arithmetic. A friend in the SP weigh station business says that the scales aren't very accurate if you're on the edges.
