Went to the local RV show yesterday

ANd well there was not a thing we came away wanting as we still love our 30WRLS V-Lite going into the 4th year now. Not even any upgrades we want anymore.

Although we came away wanting a Polaris Ranger 500efi Crew 4 seat UTV to replace our Gator 6x4.

We went last weekend and absolutely fell in love with a 5th wheel. We have 5 kids and a Suburban...can't get a truck for a few more years.

I could see a big ol 5ver in your future. It is just DW and me so we are good with our 34 1/2ft unit for 2.

Yeah, I have to wait until my oldest son, who's only 11, can drive to the campgrounds himself! It was a beauty though.

We've been looking for the past 3yrs and haven't found anything yet. Been looking for something without bunks since our son doesn't go any more. And we need to be 30' or under because of parking space. None of the dealers near us carry anything in this length that has what we're looking for.

I did find a TT with a similar layout, but would still require a new TV. I can't win.

Did you tour all the RVs and if so, how long were you there? I'm hoping to go back and tour again.

Went to look at accessories and ended up trading my 35 ft 5er for a V Cross 275 VRL. 4k lbs lighter and 5 ft shorter, but with everything we need anda great layout.

I like browsing too but almost go into trouble doing so at the RV last fall. I found a FR Evo that I couldn't get out of my mind until I went back and took a second peek. It was still really nice but I was able to walk away without any regrets.

No, we only looked at non bunk models and 5vers that had the bed on a slide and weighed less than 11k. So that eliminated abt 70% of the units there, seems bunks models are the big ticket this year. We actually spent more time looking at boats and the Polaris ATV's and UTV's than rv's. We were there maybe 3hrs and I am not going to go back as that Polaris Ranger will just keep calling me even from the other buildings and I don't want to spend the $$ but it has a powerful call.
