We look for easily accessible full hookups, WIFI at site, cable TV, pull thru or easy access, friendly owners, pool, fully stocked camp store, concrete or gravel pads with picnic table. Not asking for too much, ARE WE???

Level, level, level. as a 50+ couple my husband suffers from severe arthritis in his ankle. So having a clear level surface to walk on while setting up is a high priority. For me super clean bathhouse.

The campground you pick depends on many factors.
What you like and are willing to put up with.
The generation you are looking at will depend on the location.
The tax's, insur. etc will play a big role.
How much of your life do you want to give up. The work never stops so maint. becomes a big factor.

I would become a workamper for a summer or 2 at different parks.
Just a few thoughts.

Photos are impressive.

If we are just stopping for the night, a long pull through is what we want. Don't even really care about having all the hookups, just power and maybe water as we generally only hookup the power and don't even bother unhooking and or leveling the rig most times as we tend to leave at 530 or 6 in the morning and try to make as little noise as possible. If we are staying for a few days a backin is fine preferably nice and level and a pool is a must (prefer heated). Ot is nice to have a fire pit and a table and chairs as it is only DW and me. Location is the key when we spend any amount of time as we look for CG's near where we want to sight see. Oh and WIFI is a necessaty as I am on a short leash with work regardless of being on vacation or not.
