What does off the line mean?

Ordered 5th wheel and was told it would be off the line today. Does that mean it is ready to be picked up by the dealer or is there more to it?? My dealer
goes to the factory and gets them. So thinking I might be able to get it soon.
Any info on ordering would be helpful.......

Off the line means that the assembly line is finished with it. Depending on how they arrange things it's now going to go through quality control where they check things over, water leaks, all the lights work, etc.

But yes, it should be in your hands soon.

If it has any painting (full body or partial paint), that happens after it "comes off the line".
