The names are different but it seems rotten is pervasive in the rv industry. The industry knows it well and allows/condones/encourages it to continue. There’s lots of money involved. Says it all. Not to say there aren’t good dealers and many quality units out there. The problem is you don’t know what you’re getting until after they take your money, and then of course your leverage is gone. The manufacturers have been very successful in fighting lemon laws.
I’m not big at all on regulation but taking people’s money and not delivering is fraud, plain and simple.
