I would say Sabre has the most bells and whistles, nice trim packages. I have a Surveyor SP260 and so far so good.

I always find it funny how lots of people shop solely on price and then complain about the quality. I am by no means an expert, but when I see 5ers that look almost identical with pretty much the same components- yet one is listed at 80K and the other at 40K- there is most likely going to be a difference in attention to detail and quality control. I couldn't afford to get an $80,000 trailer, so I got an $18,000 trailer and expected to do some minor modifications if needed. With that being said, I have been very pleased with my Palomino Puma. I've been through almost every nook and cranny and I've been very pleased with the craftsmanship. My in-laws bought a Puma shortly after me based on my recommendation and theirs seems to be a well built trailer also.

Well, I can honestly say that our '06 CC Silverback which is 35', 2 slides, and was specially ordered by the first owners...according to the documents received from CC, the only items not ordered were the Thermopane windows. Original selling price $56,874.00 new. It was repo'd and when we bought it, it still booked for $24K and we payed $16K. It looked like it was never used (including tire covers that were not used). We absolutely love it, and plan on keeping it for a long time to come. So "just beyond what you can afford" is not always the case. Rest assured, in 2006 I would not have spent $56K on mine. Could not justify that cost. And yet again, to each his own. We do this because we enjoy it.

I'll put the 2013 Trilogy on my 2022 Christmas List. At 45 I still believe in Santa, so at 54 maybe he'll bring me a fifth wheel...lol

The best TT that FR makes depends on what your needs are. We have a 2011 GreyWolf 26RL. Front bedroom with a short Queen bed, microwave, 3 burner stove, oven. Table makes into a bed, couch makes into a bed (Grandchildren can come with us.) Two rocker/swivel chairs in the very back surrounded by windows. The entertainment center is opposite the chairs, so no neck straining.
This was the perfect TT for us. Sure we had problems, but then again even new houses have problems. Best of all FR stands behind their products.
Look around with YOUR needs in mind and you WILL find the perfect TT for you.

We love our 2304s, but the best FR trailer would be one that is just a bit too much bigger and heavier for the new TV that we just bought. Sigh.
