What is this Gadget?

Does anyone know what the purpose of this little device is (attached photo)? It's located just below the bedroom window, just above the electrical outlet. It looks like a device that something would hang on. It has a plastic cover for when it's not in use...which is always since I don't know what it's for.

Not sure without a close up,but I'm guessing it's the bracket to hang your Television on outdoors.

Sorry, I don't have a close up. I guess I was hoping the picture was big enough to zoom in on or that maybe someone just knew right off the bat. I've heard that it might be a TV mount. I'm guessing it's a specialized bracket that I'll need to locate if it is indeed a TV bracket.

Could be the handle to hold onto as you walk up the stairs.

Ok, here's one zoomed in a bit. It's not the hitch and it's not the handle at the door. Again, it's located just below the bedroom window toward the front of the unit. It's just above the 110v outlet.

This looks like the Thule Smart RV pod. See pic below. It is an attachment point for multiple accessories. Given the proximity to the outlet, it's probably used for an outside TV mount.
