What kind of glue/adhesive to use?

On the top of our slide there is a piece of plastic stripping that is coming up. What adhesive should I use to glue it back down? It would be plastic to fiberglass.
It's the 3 inch wide white plastic strip that is on top of the slide that slides in under the wall when closed.
Thanks

Not sure what your referring to but perhaps 3M™ Marine Adhesive Sealant 5200 will work...

Might I suggest:

Modify your profile and list your RV type and model.

A couple good pictures are worth a thousand words

I'll bet you will get all kinds of responses once the readers have a clear understanding of what you are getting at!

I think you are talking about the strip of "Eternabond tape" not sure what you mean about plastic strip on top of the slide.

That plastic strip is probably trim that makes part of the roof sealing to keep water out of the slide. Whatever you do to glue it back in place, you probably want to make sure it's properly sealed.

A contact cement type of adhesive would probably work,,, but you must follow the directions,,, contact cement must be applied to both pices,,,l and be allowed to almost completely dry !!! You may even want cover repair with Eternabond Tape ???
