We use the TomTom GO630 and are very pleased with it. Great price, too!

We have a basic TomTom One that so far has been all we need. (However the updates are expensive so haven't done that yet)

Same here. I fight with it when I don't want to go the way it says, but eventually it sees my way. I hear "turn around as soon as possible" a lot. But after you go a mile or so it will calculate a new course.

You can get these puppies on sale for ~$80.

I run a Garmin nuvi 1350 in the truck. Working with a blackberry with internet access it gets me close to all my drilling locations and close to everything I also run a Garmin Rhino 530 for a hand held. I love this one. It has saved me a lot.
