I took a look at this when we got our Waste Master. Might get it at some point (currently using the ol' PITA accordion hose support)
Last I saw though, they wanted $80 for the thing! I know quality costs but...

What kind of sewer hose support is best?
10' PVC gutter from Lowes cut at 6'. Less than $10. This pic is both 4' and 6' sections over lapped to adjust to required length.
Already had accordion supports from GS/CW.

X2.
Inexpensive, lightweight and easy to store. For sewer connections where the inlet is above the ground I use a couple of leveler blocks to raise the end of the drain to assure good flow.

Most of the places we've stayed required the hose be kept off the ground. We use the slinky, but probably would have used the gutters if we'd know about them.

If you have the slinky, is there really any added advantage to using the gutters?

If the slinky works for you, I would think adding gutters would not be necessary.

I have neither at the moment but have been contemplating one or the other.

The gutters help eliminate low points and maintain an even slope so I do not have to handle the slinky very much. Also, protects slinky from gravel abrasion and punctures when directly on the ground.

I made the supports from 1/2" pvc pipe. all the stands are the same and I cut different lengths of pipe for different heights. Those are not glued together so I just used whatever lengths I need. Lightweight and sturdy.

Plastic rain gutter used here. Bought a long piece and cut it in half. Just hang one end from the sewer pipe on the trailer and point it to the sewer ground connection. Sometimes the run is long so I use something to support the middle as well as use a smaller bungee cord to keep the two pieces of gutter together. Works for us. My sewer hose storage pipe is 6 inch pipe on the rear bumper of the 5er.

OK...when I asked about using the slinky in combination with the gutter, I understood the slinky to be the expandable support that your sewer hose is on and not the sewer hose itself....I guess we interpreted "slinky" to be 2 different things.

I use several items for different situations.
1. Slinky thingy thing.
2. 2 sections of about 7.5 feet of plastic gutter.
3. Have one 2x4 about 48" and another about 36" long (hose will lay on top of 2x4).
4. Have about 18 2x4s 12" long. Probably, could be shorter. 1 set of the orange levelers for support.
Note: the plastic gutter will need a center support so the gutter doesn't sag.
I never know what I'm going to run into. I have used all the above at different times. Just me, I like things to drain on their own......
