What made you choose your camper?

For us, first and foremost was that it had to be a bunk house. Then it was price (since we weren't actually looking to upgrade at the time), then layout.

I just happen to call the dealership right after they took our 2012 in on trade after the previous owners used it 4-5 times and found out that it was too small for 6 people, and also they didn't like towing a camper. So they traded it for a larger unit and had it setup on a seasonal site. Since it was $4K less than a brand new but yet was basically "brand new" we couldnt pass it up at $10,900.

My Wife and mother-in-law!!! LOL They went out looking one day, and next thing I get a phone call from my wife saying she found a camper she likes. I actually did not see the camper until the day we picked it up at the dealer and they took us through the walk through. Give her a lot of credit, good choice and so far the camper has been great. Just finished our first full season with it, last year was the year we bought it. Got it late in the season, and only took it our once on Columbus day.

We got the 25rb Grey Wolf. The floor plan felt just right when we entered the unit.we down sized from 30 ft. w/ two slides. We are down to just myself and wife. This is our 4th travel trailer and 7th camper. Each one purchased based on family size and needs. We are 70 and 71 years old and normally spend a couple of mons. In warmer climates for a couple of colder mons. The Grey Wolf pulls good and is great for jumping in for a quick rest or meal.

We're coming from a 20 year old pop up with no room or options. It's just the DW and I but we always have someone else with us when we camp. When we decided to upgrade we went big knowing that it would be a one time purchase. We found the floor plan and options we wanted then got a TV to handle it.

We chose our 2013 Forestriver HW296 because we wanted a pupup that we could store easily at our house but got the biggest one because of the space and the real toilet with a holding tank, no more midnight trips to the bathhouse. We really love it and will post more on future trips.

We went from motorhome to pop up in a period of 23 years. With gas prices being what they are, and my desire to tow something behind not only our mid size trucks (V8 5.4 F150 & V8 5.6 Titan) but also with my V6 SUV Rodeo....After downsizing from motorhome to travel trailer, I knew I still wanted hard sides. DH sugg I check out the hard sided folding pop up trailers made by FR. I did & after a short comparison of other brands, decided it fit the bill. I save gas, hotel bills and food expenses by pulling this small trailer to the dog shows. Its been awesome!
