What should I do now? (long)

I purchased a 2008 Forest River Berkshire May 1, 2008 which has ASA Electronics side cameras. Every time I use the motorhome, the cameras either get water behind the lens cover if it is raining or condensation if there is a change in temperature (if it is mild during the day and cool in the evening)which makes it impossible to see anything. I contacted ASA and they sent me replacement cameras which I installed and returned the defective ones that were on the coach. I had the same problem with the replacement cameras and again contacted ASA. They said that they sent out the replacements and UPS said they delivered them. I never received the replacements and now ASA refuses to do anything. They won't contact UPS and file a claim because they said that the replacements are not lost even though I did not receive them. They said that I could purchase new cameras for almost $200 each list price (less a 30% discount). I did the install myself so that ASA would not have to pay any labor charges. Don't know what to do next since the person I spoke to at ASA will not take any action in trying to resolve the issue. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Are you saying that you never received replacements for the replacements? I've had one experience with UPS where they swore they had delivered an item to me. It later turned out that they mistakenly delivered it to another house a couple of blocks away that had the same house number but was on a different street. Can't help you with ASA but you might try checking around locally.

Do you subscribe to Motorhome Magazine? Their HotLine is exactly for this BS. ASA won't be happy when they call...
