What size A/C

Just spent the weekend in the new Wildcat making excuses for why so warm inside the 5er. Got home and my 15k A/C looks identical the 13 in the bedroom. Is there anyway to identify the size of each

Look for the model number on the label. You may have to pull the top off to find the label.

The 15k Btu unit should have something like B59516.XX1J0
and the 13.5k Btu units should have B57915.XX1C0 If they're Brisk II units.

At any rate they should have different model numbers.

I looked and are you in Texas? If so, it is the heat! If the fiver is hot it will take the 15000 in the living area and the 13500 in the bedroom a long time to cool it down during the Texas summer.

"Window sticker " says 15 for the living area and 13.5 for the bedroom but they appear identical on the roof I figured the 15 would be bigger

The profile and footprint of the 13.5k and 15k Btu units are the same. The 'guts' are a little different, so no way to look at the unit case and tell which is which.

Besides being too hot for the AC's to keep up you have leaks in the duct work and at the plenum under the AC unit. The RV manufactures are not known to properly terminate the end of the duct or make air tight connectors at the vents or to the plenum. Also in the plenum area, the opening in the attic area is most likely not sealed either sometimes the divider is not property installed. Search the forum for leaking ducts. Plenty of post on the subject matter.

Thank you for the advice yes it was hot while the weather App said 98 the truck parked next to the 5er read 108 sitting in the sun. I told the wife the A/C had more to cool than the last TT but still 85 in the 5er during heat of the day vents so high and as suggested leaky the lack of air circulation was the worst part we went to Wally World bought a fan made big difference
