What the????
Snapped this photo today when I was out and about on my lunch hour. I apologize for the quality - I took it in a hurry with my cell phone.
Seems someone wanted to move this structure and this was his only option? Its either docks, or maybe it's a portable porch or the "bones" for a permanent structure under his 5th wheel. Either way, I wouldn't be carrying this on top of my 5th wheel, camper, etc.

Here you go. I had to clip it out of the PDF, but should be able to see it on the App (I think)...

Gotta be a platform for watching NASCAR !
Looks like the railing folds down for travel.
I would not want to be behind this guy on the road when that comes loose.
Is that even legal?

As level as it is sitting with the roof slant, it could be a "viewing platform" for the trailer. Looks like it even has a fold down railing system.

It's a viewing platform for races. Where were you when you saw it. There was just a race in Chicago

Since I live only about 5 miles from the Charlotte Motor Speedway, I concur - follow that guy to the next NASCAR race. That is most definately a viewing platform for racin'. You see a whole lot of similar get-ups around here come May and October...

It was in Sheboygan, Wisconsin and he definitely could have been coming home from the race in Chicago. Still doesn't excuse the lack of concern for safety. Different breed, I guess.

I wonder what his dealer/insurance agent will say when he complains of his roof leaking?
