For satellite TV I use Dish network with a tailgater portable dish. They have a pay as you go program so you can turn service on or off with a simple phone call. For that matter, you can call in and change your location as well so you're able to receive local television stations wherever you are.
You can also use it with your home service (I don't) and just take your receiver with you when you travel. Be warned though that a tailgater will not work with any receiver. There may be others I'm not aware of, but it MAY only work with a 211z HD receiver.
Together it's not that cost prohibitive, but the equipment will ONLY work with dish service. You can pick up the set for right around $425.
For internet I use verizon mobile. (you don't have to have cellphone service with them) There may be other plans out there that are better, but I'm kind of stuck with it since my wan and sim are built into my laptop.
