Well, in Ohio, if you don't like the weather, wait 10 minutes and it will change.

You left the corrupt government where the heck did you move to your own private island?

No, but the corruption isn't as blatant or visible.

I agree JandRPearson. We have it great here in Idaho. Whether it is world class fly fishing in eastern Idaho (or anywhere in the state), the dry, high desert down here in the SW, the mountains and forests in your area to the great, beautiful great lakes of northern Idaho. I wouldn't trade it for anywhere else.
We will be up in your area in another 4-6 weeks!

We have remarkably bad roads in Louisiana but my hometown, Natchitoches is the oldest town in the Louisiana purchase. 1714. Lots of history and touristy things. Several movies filmed here including Horse Soldiers (john Wayne and William Holden) and Steel Magnolias with all those women. Lol
Singer Jim Croche died in a plane crash after performing at our local university. Lots more. Google Natchitoches.

It's cool isn't it, there's a lot of love for our home states(for some of us) but we all seem to have that wander lust to see or eat in different areas. Love my RV

You should try the roads in Tillamook County Oregon, we get bent rims from time to time.......... Stupid log trucks.

I'm loving all the wonderful posts about everyone's state and province. Let's stay on track though and avoid the corrupt government comments please.

We are spending 2 weeks at home so to speak this summer. Last summer we drove 4,000 kms around Ontario.

For anyone visiting Ottawa Canada The Nations Capital. Nice campground is the Municipal Campground is a nice stay just outside the Greenbelt.

Ottawa Municipal Campground | Ottawa, Ontario

We stayed there last year, nice treed sites and friendly staff. They are big rig friendly.
