Get new tires to replace the Michelin's (LTX M/S LT225/75R16 (DOT code B3JH AKEX). Recall is for date codes (can be found right after the DOT code) ranging between 0210 and 2512.

Replace 4 original tires
replace bearings and seals and grease
inspect/adjust/replace original brake parts
I plan to have the tire store dismount the tires so I
can paint the rims and then go back for new rubber all around.

My trailer is now at the beginning of it's 7th year and is holding up well.
6 years ain't bad for tires and brakes!
I replaced bearings and seals and grease once before.
Next trailer will have alloy wheels.
I am SO tired of painting wheels!

Gave travel trailer a good wash and wax
Upgraded my 20 lb. propane bottles to 30 lb. bottles
Installed a new black cover over the propane bottles (Changed from white)
Installed MaxxAir vent cover over front vent
Installed new toilet to replace the old style Dometic 300 with the new design that doesn't collect sewage. (Haven't camped with the new toilet yet)

Thank you all! Being a first year RV owner I got lots of good tips. I been starting the RV and running the generator every few weeks. I am really nervous about flushing anti freeze out of the lines and hoping no lines bust. As soon as the snow melts and the artic freeze stops, I am camping.

Mfrys, don't waste too much sleep worrying about the plumbing. I think all of us, at one time or another, have taken a deep gulp on cold nights when the temps plunge and worried for a couple of minutes. But, no matter if you winterized it or if a dealer winterized it...as long as you got pink stuff coming thru all the lines, pump, and faucets/showers/toilet you should be ok.
