Here is a chicken I did just befor Christmas. I cold smoked it for 4 hrs then deep fried it in an oiless deep fryer called the Big Easy. I started cooking this way because it is actually very healthy compared to some other methods.

We had a great New Years Eve, but our fire at pool side didn't happen. We had about 1 or 2 inches of snow on the ground New Years Eve morning when we got up and then it changed over to all rain for the entire day. We made the most of it, the party started early. It looks like eveyone else had a great time as well. By the have got to stop posting pic of all that food, it looks mighty tasty....Happy New year to all.
