I had the bearings packed on my 2001 Coleman pop-up when I bought it in 2016. Since then it's traveled 400 miles and never in water. I'm trying to decide whether to have them packed again or just add some bearing buddies ( hub covers with grease fitting ) with more grease.
Does that RV have brakes?
If it does, I'd pull the hubs and repack every couple of years at that mileage. It will give you the opportunity to inspect the brakes and bearings, seals, etc..
Even if it doesn't have brakes I'd consider repacking them. I wouldn't add Bearing Buddies to them.

Yes it does have brakes -- single axle. Sounds like I should have it done before this year's trips. Somebody else said the same thing about bearing buddies --- risk of over packing and getting grease on the brakes.
