Parts

As others have said, it depends on what we need. Last year the electrical power converter in our trailer shorted out while we were on vacation; I ordered a replacement from Amazon, sprung for next-day delivery, and thanks to Amazon and UPS had an exact replacement in less than 24 hours--shipped from California to Wyoming. Thanks to the e-mail notice, I knew that it had arrived before the campground office figured it out!

I have made hundreds of purchases off Ebay and only disappointed once. The sellers have always respond to questions and are prompt to correct any errors, even when its my fault. Their ratings are very important to the sellers so most go the extra mile.
