Where to put garbage container in Mini Lite 2109

I can't find anywhere to put a garbage container in our new (2013) Rockwood Mini Lite 2109S. I'd rather not have it sitting on the floor and taking up valuable floor space. Any other owners out there...what do you do?

We use one of these outside the trailer:

simplehuman Step Can, Black, 50-L | Canadian Tire

It's locking latch is strong enough to prevent the racoons from getting in, though I have had to retrieve the whole can from the edge of the campsite where they had drug it before I scared them off.

Inside, we'll just use a plastic grocery bag hanging from a couple of command hooks temporarily while creating garbage, like while making a meal.

That Step Can is good unless you are in bear or cougar country.

Not sure if this helps, but I am looking at this as one option, hope the link works, if not type in InterDesign Axis Over the Cabinet Wastebasket in Amazon:

I'd rather not have the garbage outside. Looking for an indoor solution. Thanks!

I actually looked at this one as an option but it is too big to fit on any of the cupboard doors (we only have one under the sink).

That's what we do, but if we've got a lot of 'wet stuff', we use a small trash bag. We don't like keeping food scraps inside the rig so we take out the trash at least once a day if we're cooking.

We have the one that hangs over the cabinet door right at the kitchen sink. Works great.

Thanks all

The way our one under the sink cupboard is configured it has a shelf that prevents anything from going on the inside of the door.

I resorted to a floor model but because it's rectangular it takes up very little space. Here's what I got:

Thanks for your help!

We use a standard kitchen waste can and keep it in the shower. When the shower is in use we move it to the main living area

This is exactly how we deal with it. Not elegant but functional. We tried a free standing can in the living area but the dogs just couldn’t resist the temptation to scavenge 🙄

That's exactly what we use in our Flagstaff 21DS, fits nicely in a corner out of the way. With a plastic bag liner, very little odor gets out. It goes in the bathroom when we travel.

When we ordered ours, we opted to forgo the oven which gave us an extra cabinet. We have a small trash basket on the right and our dish pan and drying rack on the other.there
