Now I'm curious about whether that plug is the problem on mine. My check light on the refrigerator was flashing and clicking and I thought perhaps the gas ran down. After checking the gas tanks and finding them full, it proved to be a dead battery instead. As I'm not yet familiar with all the workings of this Salem CruiseLite, does anyone know where I'd look to find this charge plug mentioned (picture if possible)? Thanks!

The upper right stud is the hot wire for the battery. This is looking directly at it. I looked for a bad fuse and cannot find it. It is a factory install on my trailer package so the fuse location should be correct. I verified no power with a test light, behind the plug on the wire itself. Sometimes the plug itself can be an issue.

The refrigerator works fine, after plugging it in, the convertor is fine. SO, why would the refrigerator cycle like that, when the battery is dead? Should it not keep running?

The refrigerator needs 12 volts to run the control circuits. It's not much draw but if the voltage drops below around 10 volts (I think) the fridge will not work. What happened to you is normal.
