If you look at the horror stories of the service provided by some local dealers, you might not see it as such a great thing. You are basically, in many cases, paying several thousand more dollars up front for the hopes of better service that you might not even need. David Durnell, owner of RVW, is a regular here on the forums and has stepped in and offered great customer service countless times. Are there other great companies out there to buy from? Sure. But I don't think you can use your argument against RVW. When you sell more than a thousand units a year, you can bet there will be some dissatisfied people out there that are ready and willing to vent, especially considering much of their business is Internet based.
