Wholesale Warranties - What a Pain!

I purchased a 2016 FR Solera, and through this forum decided to give Wholesale Warranties a chance. I spent the entire day dealing with them I'd it wasnt them writing down the wrong credit card number. It was the three times they had to email all the documents because, they either weren't filled out or were full of typos. Including my name and address. The last time they emailed me the documents they forgot to attach the Tire and Wheel paperwork. Why would anyone spend their hard earned money with a company that can't provide Customer Service at the start of the relationship.

Well it turned out well today. Stephen with Wholesale Warranties called this morning and wanted to hear what happened. Everyone involved agreed it was the Perfect Storm. Stephen saved the deal, without a price adjustment. Thank you Stephen with Wholesale Warranties.
