Thinking about next year already as it is painful to leave the camper sitting under a cover with the snow and freezing temps!
I would be interested in meeting some of you folks! there are a handful that have made a difference in my camping experiences already and would be fun to get to know you more in person!
I have already booked the week of memorial day at lake Ogallala in Nebraska if anyone else is available!
I also attend the Knoxville nationals in Iowa every year, that is generally the second weekend of August, same time as Goshen this year I believe...

We live an hour west of Lincoln, and camp often at Mahoney. We want to get to ponca sp this next season too. I'd be up for a mini-rally or get together in the area. We're hoping to make it to rally during Octoberfest, at the Amana colonies next year.

Thats awesome! My wife and I are 26 and live just out side of Lincoln in Seward! We are actually doing our family Christmas this year for the first time out of the house and in a cabin up at Ponca! that place is gorgeous! Will definitely have to plan some trips! we like to hit some of the lakes as we have a jet ski and my wife LOVES to water ski and wake board behind it! I love to sit on the beach and relax myself though!
Sounds like a good time. I'm old! 35 dw is 34, & we got three kiddos. We camped for Thanksgiving at Timberlake ranch camp near Central City & the extended family stayed in a couple cabins. It was great! I'm sure Ponca will be great for a Christmas gathering. Keep in touch as next season approaches. We usually get heading out early March if the weather allows.
