That place is a popular spot. Won't affect it at all.

Yeah I HAVE to stay there over xmas to visit my son who is flying in to LAX. It costs $70 a day. There is a large sewage treatment plant across the street. Where do you think the outflow is? Try 6 mi off the "awesome" beach. What is really telling is you can only make reservations 90 days in advance. I did and the place was already half full. Paradise not.......But whatever you do do not park your RV on the street anywhere in LA county for more than 90 minutes. The tow bill bites.

This is not completely true at all, but I am not speaking to the county.

I live within the city of Los Angeles. We recently received a map in the mail from our city councilman that explained how L.A. is attempting to address the problem we have (especially in the wintertime) of homeless on our streets. This includes those living in their car or an old (though movable) RV.

Los Angeles has issued maps that detail where and when a vehicle can be parked on city streets. Some streets are no parking any time. Some streets are available overnight, but must be moved before rush hour. Some residential streets can be parked on only during the day, but not overnight.

The O/P may find a way to make this work for him, just parking on city streets.

Here's a link to the city's "plan", and specific area maps are linked therefrom.

Good luck! Hope it works out.

Thanks SpringerPop for the attachment.
An update: Dockweiler increased their security immediately after my complaint. Fortunately Enterprise car rental didn't notice the keying when I turned the car in.( I was prepared with the police report & LA County complaint form in my purse if they noticed.)
