Welcome aboard from NE Fla. Congrats on your new WJ. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do ours. They are really nice units ( Flagstaff versions too). Good luck & happy camping!

Tires

I feelYou got lucky, our 2012 V-Lite came with "C" rated tires and in 2014 we had falt tires (cracked), replaced them ALL with "E" rated Hercules tires with 80psi. I feel a lot more comfortable hauling it a 1000 miles. P.S. we love the layout and quality, thanks Forest
River. I feel that all trailers come with under rated tires as we had the same problem
with our 19' toy hauler.

Question.. What tires were they putting on before? My 2016 Forest River Vibe 308BHS came standard with 5 ply (2 ploy, 2 steel, 1 nylon) D Rated Constancy Tires. Rated up to 75mph (which is a little strange for a China made ST).

Did the Windjammer replace (absorb) the V-Lite?

tire brand

Maybe I missed it, but what brand of tire is on your 2016 W? We love our 2015 3029, but was told when we got it, we should replace the tires if we towed very far. they are D rated but the dealer flat our said they were China bombs. We are going to SC from Ohio this fall and will replace these tires before we go.
Are we wasting our money?
