windshield reflection

I have a 2010 Georgetown 378 motorhome. I get reflections through the windshield which make my side mirrors unuseable. I've added elect. blinds and lower them to block out reflection when using mirrors to back up. I've also tried tinting the side windows. I hope there is a fix for this, or else I'll wear out my blind switch. I also don't like the brakes. The Ford shop says they're OK but, could be better. That is as faras they will go now. I'm used to Workhorse brakes and the Ford brakes are far from there. I don't let my wife drive(If she would) because she'd never stop the thing.

First of all, Welcome to the forums. Can't help you with the brake problem but I have the same problem with my Berkshire. The reflection on my side window is so bad that most of the time I can not see what is in my mirror. I had posted this problem a while ago and no one could come up with a solution. What I do now is place a dark towel on the dash when I back up. This helps some but does not fully solve the problem. Hopefully some one has a better solution. (I have double paned windows which I think adds to the problem).

I can only say that polarized sunglasses are a wonderful thing.
I often ride a motorcycle with helmet and face shield and
motorcycle windscreen and sunglasses.
I'm looking thru 3 layers of plastic!
Polarized lenses make a HUGE difference.
I can only guess they would help you also.

Drug store polarized glasses are OK but typically not as
good as Rx glasses.
I got my last pair from Dr. Bizers they are dark gray and
I LOVE them.

My prescription sun glasses are polarized and they don't help at all. I thought the same thing at first, but was disapointed when they didn't help.
