We live in the DFW area so "winterizing" isn't paramount for us either, that said it's 24 degrees outside right now. So we went to plan B on Monday.
Plan A is to use a compressor and blow all of the lines out with this...

We set the regulator on the compressor to 60 psi and take our sweet time. I'm very thorough. We don't use the trailer for a few months in the fall usually so I do it then.
Plan B is a couple of gallons of the pink RV antifreeze when we get a hard freeze. Remember the traps, fridge, black tank flush and outside shower.
Yeah I know a lot of folks will say it's belt and suspenders but I've never had an issue either.
