Wireless side cameras

Hi everyone, new to the site and looking for some guidance on side cameras. I have seen many posts about backup cameras, but I can't find too many on side cameras. I have a 2012 Lacrosse 319QBS which is about 35' long. Add to that my Chevy Crew Cab truck and I'm as long as a semi (at least it feels like it). The mirrors on my truck are ok, but I wanted better visibility to the sides of the trailer, as well as behind. I picked up a Tadi Brothers wireless system with 2 side view cameras.
My question is, where has everyone else installed these side cameras? Right up at the front by the nose of the trailer? Half way back on the trailer?
How high? Up top looking down? About shoulder height looking straight back when standing next to trailer?
I can't view the image from the camera until I have power all hooked up and don't want to pull a bunch of lights off to test various areas. I have marker lights I will be tapping into for power.
Thank you.

Why not just use some two sided tape to test location
