Wonderful experience

After 1 year and 2 a/c units we have finally had someone at FR understand our problem and help. We are out on a 7 week trip that is taking us from TN to MI, western NY, Gettysberg,Virginia Beach and down the East coast to Key West. Then up the Gulf side of FL to NOLA and home again. Our 2nd a/c unit went out in 90+ weather. Called FR and Justin was very helpful. Got us into a dealer the next day,answered our calls and questions. It was a wonderful experience-not losing air or having our trip delayed- but having someone listen and help. Thank you Justin, you have gone a long way in restoring our faith in FR products.

I'm glad it worked out for you. The way things are going weatherwise, you may need your furnace more than your A/C when you are in Western NY. How far into Western NY are you going?

Was this on a (Wildcat)? Is Justin a (Wildcat) employee? Have you had (2) AC failures? Glad F/R found a dealer to perform the Repair (ON the Road)! Camp On! Youroo!!
