Easy going, no pressure, great sale, corrected all issues found during our PDI and were completely honest.
Even stored my 340RK on their lot for over a month at no cost while I was transitioning from one employer to the next.

Pontiac RV. I would definately go back. Ive had it back there 3 time for different warrently work and they had it back to me within 5-7 days every time. Totally different story with Collier RV in Rockford IL. Wouldnt go back there if they paid me.

Definitely not, we had our FW back to our dealer after camping a couple of months for some minor warranty work. One of the things we asked to have fixed was screws coming loose on our kitchen table and when they "fixed" it they used longer screws and when they closed the slide the screws gouged the floor. They had the camper for a month that time. We were unaware the floor was damaged until we got it home getting ready for a trip.

Another time we took the camper back to dealer for minor body repair and more warranty work. They had it for four months this time. They did make the floor repair look better than it did before. They did not do all the work we requested I guess four months is not long enough to fix weather strip around a window from coming loose the slide is extended. We have a plastic cover over kingpin that would make contact with top of truck bed that would gouge the plastic protector. They didn't do that. Again four months must not have been enough time.

The top of our cap so the repainted where it was fading. It looks ok but I did notice a small paint run but decided it will do. We were leaving for Florida in a week. When we got it home I started to trim the plastic cover over the kingpin and noticed there was scratches on our cap. The location of the scratches must be from a ladder. Most likely when the top of the cap was painted.

The staff at the dealership are great but have absolutely no confidence or trust in the service department. Unfortunately we bought into a seven year warranty when we bought our camper so we are stuck with them another 5.5 years.

We didn't buy from Pontiac, but we drove up (from St Louis) to look at a couple of trailers they had on the lot. Very positive, relaxed visit. Even after we made it clear to the salesman we didn't like any of the 3 different brands we looked at. After the 3rd trailer was a "no", we sat in the trailer for a half hour talking about RV shows and why they did or didn't go to the various shows in the market.
I felt bad for not buying something from him.

I'd buy again. My wife and I traveled a good part of Virginia before we agreed on a particular camper. The only cherokee dealers in the state were them and a dealer on the east coast. I went local and their service has been phenomenal. They answer emails within hours. They may be slightly higher than the larger dealers, but the service sure makes up for it.

Knowing that it is buyer beware on used units and to be fully aware that the service guys may not know that particular unit.

I know a sales lady , Lisa I think is her name is. She did work for Sandhills RV but it went out of business. A great person that Bill got, she sold me a camper and sold my son one.

We just did buy from ours again. RV General Store, Newcastle, OK. Traded in our 2015 Coachman Freedom Express 28RBS for 2015 Thor Windsport 27K. We have dealt with them since they opened in 1982.

Dave Arbogast in Troy, OH.....yes! We were first time buyers and the salesman, John was extremely helpful, informative, and low pressure. With no pressure at all we ended up up with a much more expensive and larger travel trailer than we started out looking at and we couldn't be happier. I really felt like we would have received the same treatment if we were buying the cheapest used camper on the lot or a top of the line Airstream.

Their service department is extremely busy but also very efficient and great to work with. I took our 312QBUD in for warranty work which I expected to take some time and they called me 3 hours after dropping it off to tell me it was done.

Another vote for Dave Arbogast, we ordered a Rockwood 8335bss from John, unfortunately Forest River was running way behind so when I found the Flagstaff version in stock I bought it. No problems canceling the order or getting deposit back. I would go back
