Would You Buy From Your....

Would you buy from your dealer again??
Do not want long reasons why or why not, you can put name of dealer or not, if someone wants to know why or why not they can contact you personally. Just answer YES or NO.
As for myself:
Giant Recreation in FL = NO

Yes. Wilkins RV - Bath, NY.
Got into this forum after purchasing last year and started seeing the consumer complaints about FR. I've had no problems whatsoever so I wonder how much a thorough dealer prep. may be a factor.
Only complaint after purchasing was dealer never mentioned the 2nd yr. warranty (I know they're under no legal obligation, but still...). Learned about it via this forum.
They regularly hold 2 hour education sessions for customers - plumbing systems, electrical, etc.
Haven't been in yet for service so I can't speak to that issue.

Camping World in Charleston- nope. Good deal but the PDI was mediocre. I could live with that the but the guy that set it up was a moron. First he tried to set it up on an angle (with hitch I bought there) and the trailer ended up lower in the front. When I asked him about it he said that it was as good as it gets. I corrected that after I got home in 10 minutes by flipping the ball. I also had to point out that the air pressure was low in the tires, I doubt he would have, which could have caused catastrophic failure(s). The biggest fault were the instructions on setting the sway bar (the single arm friction type) which were totally inaccurate. This caused a lot of sway on my 400 mile drive home and caused a lot of stress. Once home I read the directions on the sway bar (Didn't read at dealer because I assumed this jackass knew what he was doing) and when it was tightened properly it helped a LOT more. Since then I bought a Equalizer which is great. Maybe they didn't really care about who helped me as they probably figured they would never see me again, which they won't.

Maybe - Tom Johnson RV Center, Concord, N.C. . Was a Family owned center when we got our TH. Now they are owned by Camping World, so who knows now.
