A second opinion here. My Yamaha is 3 years old now. I have the trifuel modified one (it runs on gas, LNG, and Propane). Per the TriFuel conversion instructions I switch from gasoline to propane by just closed the fuel shutoff valve; run it dry and then open the propane valve; push the start button on my remote and it starts right up.

There IS a clear vinyl line running from the fuel bowl, but my Yamaha instructions say it is for draining the bowl for storage. Since I have gotten used to running it dry for propane use, I just do that when I put it away.

nice setup,,, tri-fuel is super clean and very efficient. the Yamaha premium generators are top of the line and VERY quite.. To eliminate lean burn when running it out of fuel for storage,, this is what I use on ALL engines.

Thanks I will need to find some of that. As a tip, if you have a link from a source you use, feel free to insert it.

seems a pretty good price!

to make the shipping pay you should probably buy more than 1 can...
