Question Has anyone had a small pebble cut the linoleum under the slide out?

Bought a new 3600RS. Took it to the dealer after our first trip for repair issues which included the dining room slide-out is not level. There are black wear marks on the linoleum floor caused by this slide-out and on the outside of the RV the decals on the slide-out no longer line up with the decal on the RV.

The dealer called us today and told us that when they opened the slide-out, they noticed a small pebble on the linoleum floor that the slide rolled over and cut a hole into the floor. We went to the dealer to check it out and sure enough there was a small pebble and hole in the floor.

Has anyone had any similar issues with the decals on the RV and the slide-out not being even, lines on the floor from the slide-out or pebbles causing holes in the linolium from where the slide-out rolled over it ?

Yep.... our dining room slide dragged on a pebble from the dealership lot and cut the linoleum. The dealership brought in a flooring contractor who did a super patch!

Worst than that, our opposing slide was out of adjustment such that it cut the flooring which was repaired 3x before the dealership got the slide-out adjusted correctly. All is well now!

Check the rubber seal under slide our 3025 had 3in seal, when slide is in there was a 1 in gap at top of seal and tires threw gravel up onto trailer floor.when slide was moved gravel would tear flooring.FR sent me 4 in seal and I installed it on 30 minutes.problem solved. You will only have gap when slide is all way in.
