Insulation under holding tanks

Well, my belly bag is sagging under the tanks. Talked with the dealer I bought the 3125RT from in April, I am out of their service area, the 5er is setup for living and moving it is not an option. I bought an extended service plan that is supposed to include "Mobile Service", those folks tell me they don't do mobile service and that I will have to deliver it to a designated service facility. As stated before, that isn't an option.
Called Forest River, they version is as follows: owner finds and pays for the service, then you send the bill and receipt to them and they pay what they feel is their obligation.
After making a dozen calls to RV repair facilities in this area, I have come to the conclusion I would be better off taking a couple days of work and doing the repair myself, I am capable.
Went looking on the Forest River web site for information on the thickness and amount of insulation in the area below the tanks. Anyone have any idea how much and how thick the insulation is?

Thanks
Ray C.
