Water leaking under the slides

Water from the road coming in under the kitchen slide. Had tire blow out 2 months ago on that side but donít see any damage underneath to the seal. Replaced all the tires with G614

I have 2015 Blue Ridge 3600RS. Been on the road off and on for last 2 years but havenít driven through the amount of rain that has been coming down in Texas.

Any ideas?

Thanks

My 2017 Winjammer does same in kitchen in rain while driving. Brought it in to shop and they replaced under seal, but we drove early this week in rain and problem continues. Mine comes from wheels throwing up water but now will be bringing it back again for repair.

I will. Plan on bringing it in next month. They changed bottom seal last time (at least told me that) but still gets wet while driving in the rain. Hard to check out when not raining 2hich is most times we travel.

We had this problem on our 2014 Trilogy, the bottom seal was replaced under warranty, never had water come in after.

I had the same problem. I discovered that the seal strip to cover the gap was actually missing. I looked at a similar trailer and saw the strip was not installed on our trailer. Tried to get the local shop to install (we were traveling and had hit a rain storm) the strip but was too busy. He provided me with the materials and I did it myself. Never had another problem.

I would just like to point out how important it is to pay attention to the areas around the slideouts, and to make sure all external seals are always folded out properly when the slides are extended. We have seen quite a few used rv's at dealerships with soft spots near slideouts and even near windows.
If this kind of water intrusion gets missed or ignored, carpet is bad as it tends to cover the wet spots, it can lead to irreparable rot in a very short time.

Jerryliving, do you have pic(s) with the seal strips installed?

Thanks
