Hi everyone,
I'm kinda new to the solaire family. I noticed when I was camping this past week that there is either a big bubble or a lump in my front bunk door. I am curious if this is delamination starting or if this is normal. It is under warrantee and I also bought the 2nd year extended warrantee so I think I am covered. But I would like someone else's opinion before I took it back to the dealer. Sorry about the picture being upside down but I put the level on the bump so you could see the space of the bump.

Sorry, I can't exactly tell from the picture exactly what is going on to be able to offer any advice.

I can't tell either from your picture but I can't imagine that any lump or bump in the bunk door would be normal. There aren't lumps/bumps in my bunk doors on my 2014. I would have it checked out before your warranty is up. If they try to tell you it is normal, I would get something in writing that they looked at it and decided it was normal, just in case down the road it becomes an issue.

What does the interior of that bunk door look like? I had a small bubble on the exterior fiberglass that had worse bubbling of the interior contact paper. I had water getting in the bottom edge of the front bunk due to poor caulking from the factory. The water gets in, gets trapped then soaks up into the wood along the bottom hinge point of the door.

My dealer replaced my front bunk door last fall under the original warranty.
