Can someone identify the model of this palomino stampede?

Just came across a 2010 palomino stampede 25 footer for sale for $2000. Sounds like a great price and I'll either keep it or flip it and make some money on. Can anyone identify the exact model # for me so I can research. Seller hasnt responded to my inquiry yet.

Thanks and yes, that does appear to be the one. Doesnt $2000 seem like a steal for this? Would you be leary of the deal?

Have no idea about the deal, but I would be a bit leary of any 9 year old camper. It does look nice though, those bunks look they would be nice.

Step firmly everywhere inside the trailer. The thing that would kill this deal is soft spots in the floor. Anything else can probably be fixed easily.

The flooring doesn't look to be OEM. Could be a owner install to cover up a bad floor.

Or just worn out. Stepping firmly will tell the tale.

Look at the trim edge on the upper bunk. Could be more of that around. there has to be a reason for the cheap price.

Also.... use your nose and see if you can detect any evidence of mold or mildew.... or.... any signs of a deodorizer being used to cover an unpleasant scent,

It might be that the owners have no need for the trailer and $2,000 for a nine year old camper sounds reasonable if they are serious about selling. They would get next to nothing if they wanted to trade it in.

Be very careful. Don't pay anything until you check it out, or have someone inspect it if it's not local. I've heard of scams that demand the full price before you even see it.

Thanks everyone for the replies. Turns out he never messaged me back and has taken down the ad. Im kinda glad. We have a Rockwood Freedom 1940LTD that we love. The main reason for my interest in this one was to make a buck or two.

Usually with prices like that they don't have titles, meaning they don't actually own the camper. I'd sell somebody else's' camper for 1/4 it's value too!

Good point but I guess I'll never know. It did seem like one of those "too good to be true" type of deals. Ya never know though!
