It`s me again with the Palomino that I just bought a Palomino Stampede 2000, Hybride model 21 Standard.
One of the latch door lock that hold the end bunk bed close is broken and I cannot find one on any store like Camping World etc?

You arent gonna find any hybrid specific part at any Camping World, especially for a 17 year old hybrid.
You might find the old screw type latches on Ebay.
You might Google the screw latch and see what comes up.
I seem to remember seeing some online retailer selling them.

What do they use on the new Hybrid VR?
And it is funny that Camping World are not selling the new one?
Everytning can be fixed or improved in an 17 year old Hybrid trailer.
I am this kind of customer that can fix things.
I am surprise that most post on this site are talking of almost new RV!!
Thank you.

Not sure what VR means.

Camping World didnt sell the older hybrids and probably doesn't even carry hybrid - specific parts for newer ones.

Have no doubt you can fix things, just that certain parts aren't going to be available anymore for that old of a hybrid.
The early hybrids have a lot of issues since they first came out in 1998.
1999 was the first year Palomino started making hybrids.
So many aren't willing to take on projects, like you seem to be.
Most hybrids are not well taken care for that long.

Many owners of the older hybrids with the screw bunk door clamps, have modded theirs with the newer locking cargo latch setup.
Fastec used to sell them but they aren't on their website anymore.
You can find them on Ebay or your Palomino dealer should be able to get them.

Solaire 197X Question

Hello to the Palomino Rep. I have a 2015 Solaire 197x I purchased new last May. The 2016 197X now has a window behind part of the cookstove and the counter to the right. Can I purchase the window and parts and have my RV dealer install it?

They would like you to start with the dealer first, however you can order parts directly from palomino.

Hey PP, got another question for you!

(Oh the pics from the party on the bunks didn't come out... LOL but the bunks survived! LOL)

Does the 147x have an adjustable/tuneable antenna? I know it has an antenna, but we haven't been able to find any way to tune it or help the signal quality at all.

Thanks!
