No Water

We just purchased a 2013 Solaire 213x. During our walkthrough, everything worked well. Now that we are out, the water will not work. When hooked up to city water, no water comes through the faucet. With water in the holding tank, no water comes out when the pump is on. Any ideas what is wrong?

WELCOME to the forum!

Couple questions:

-You are positive you have the city water connected to the correct inlet?
-Was the drain petcock open draining all the water out of your holding tank and you thought it was full?

Try checking the filter screens. On the faucet, it is the end tip that unscrews at the point where the water leaves the faucet. On the pump, there usually is a small plasticfilter cup on the supply side of the pump. Often particles that are a byproduct of the buildout end up at these catch points.

Might be a longshot, but do you have an inlet for anti-freeze when winterizing? If the valve (which would be in a cabinet someplace close to the inlet) is set to winterize, the pump is trying to pull from there instead of from your water tank.

Plugged aerator screens are pretty common, but it that was the case, the toilet should still flush...

I'd bet that all the water heater bypass and pass through valves are all closed.
The valves are located near the water heater.
