I have had some condensation under the mattresses once or twice when I left the vents slightly opened at night with the air conditioner on. I have had water leak in at the point where the bunk meets the trailer when opened , I just stuck a rag in the corner, it was more of seepage than a leak. The last two times I had the camper out there was water in the canvas of the back bunk. Water also got inside while unit was closed up and damaged the "wood" panel at the back of unit, above the fuse panel.very very frustrating. I have since sealed every single place I could find that water could enter with 100% pure silicon....we had massive rain the other day and I am going to open up tommorow and hope that there was no leak. I did also replace two of the locking handles for the bunk doors. I think this could use a re design.... As the rivet that is used appears to wear almost immediately after installation from the stress. I think a great alternative would be a binding post, however I cannot locate one large enough without buying an entire box of 50
