Rear bunk 163x

I purchase a new 2014 Palomino Solaire last April 2014
I found the rear bunk is not level on my 163x. It is still under warranty. The dealer said mfg. stated the cables are the proper length. Upon checking they found the other 2 units on the lot in the same condition. seems to be a mfg. defect. that they should correct. Anyone else note this problem? How can I get help from the mfg.?

Look through the threads in this Palomino section and you should find some from the Solaire rep.
I think his user name is Palomino Pal.

You may also try Palomino directly from the website. I had a couple of questions and they responded to me pretty quickly from the warranty button.
