Furnace Stop Working on My 2006 Surveyor

Hi All,

Woke up last night to some cold weather. Wife attempted to turn on the furnace and nothing! Is there a reset bottom or should I just take it in for service? I have 2006 SV 233T Surveyor by Forest River.

Check stove and see if it lights, if not, you may be out of propane. If stove lights, check fuse for furnace. Is it a manual light or DSI?

Stove still lights so I don't think propane is the issue. There are no LED's on in the fuse lit up. To my understanding, when there is a lit LED it means the fuse is shot. Lastly, none of the circuit switches are marked furnace.

Any other suggestions? Thanks for the feed back.

Oh, forgot to say that the furnace lights automatically.

Does the fan start and then go off after a few seconds?

Nothing!? Normally, the fan starts, then the auto ignitions lights, then we have heat. I wonder if the thermostat is bad?

Check the fuse panel and inspect the fuse regardless of whether there is an LED lite or not.

Turn off the furnace at the thermostat and pull the fuse.

Wait several seconds ( a minute is better) and plug it back in.

Select heat and set thermostat so blower starts.

Check that blower runs.

If not it could be a bad thermostat; motor relay; high limit switch; motor; or control board.

Attached is the furnace trouble shooting guide.
